FAQs

I’m interested in Personal Training but i’ve never had a PT before and I’m nervous. Help!

Firstly, you are not alone, but there is nothing to be nervous about! I’d recommend coming into the studio and having a chat so we can talk through how it all works and hopefully put you at ease. From there, you can go away and make your decision as to whether you’d like to get started. The pay as you go option is great if you want to give it a go before committing to a bulk pack too.

How many sessions do I need to do to make progress?

This is a difficult question to answer as it depends on so many variables person to person. As a basic rule of thumb, I would recommend you exercise 3-4 times a week. That doesn’t have to be a PT session every time though - you can train at home, run, cycle, attend a gym class or follow a program at a gym - any movement that feels good and gets your heart rate up a little!

I’m pregnant, do you work with pre or post natal clients?

Yes - I am qualified to work with those expecting and those after birth so providing you’ve been given the ‘all clear’ by your midwife and/or Doctor, I’d love to work with you! (PS. little ones are welcome at The Studio!)

Do you only work out of your studio?

Yes - I run all my face to face sessions at my garage gym in Radford Semele. (CV31 1WG).

Do you offer food plans?

I don’t write individual food plans for clients but will give advice as to where you could make some positive changes to your habits. I’d advise reaching out to a professional in that field, such as a nutritionist, if that is something that you’d like.
